I have lived in the Greater Brandon area for over 35 years and have spent 33 of those years working in real estate. I graduated from Brandon High School in 1982 and received my Bachelor of Science degree at Florida Southern College in 1986. I have experienced success as a residential licensed contractor, licensed mortgage originator and real estate sales professional. These unique qualities, characteristics and real life experiences are what set me apart from other Realtors. I know the Tampa Bay area really well and the Brandon area intimately. I am honored to be part of the team at Florida Executive Realty clearly the best real estate company in Florida. I have been married to my beautiful wife for over 35 years, blessed to have two awesome children and two grandchildren. I am passionate about my spiritual walk and have served faithfully at my church for over 20 years. I have served as Trustee, Treasurer, Finance Chairman and Adult Bible Teacher. I love spending time with family, playing golf, rides motorcycles and skydiving.

Born in Reno, Nevada led to the luck of moving to FLORIDA! I have been in the Brandon area since I was 2 and I know it well! I went to Brandon High School where I met my husband Todd (another Florida Executive Realty agent), continued my education at University of South Florida (GO BULLS!!) and we have raised our family here. We are fortunate to have been part of the growth in the Brandon area. We’ve seen our little town bloom from a 2 lane highway to the ever changing community it is today! Most of my career has been helping people. I have worked as a loan officer in the mortgage industry and recently as a clinical coordinator at our local hospital. As diverse as my career path has been, it has helped prepare me to be a better agent. Buyers and sellers each bring their own diverse challenges which I am prepared handle. I also enjoy working with First Time Home Buyers to help them navigate the process. I remember the first home we bought and clearly remember how overwhelming it was. After all…I did “something else for a living”. We relied on the expertise and guidance from our real estate agent as we walked this path of the unknown. Once we got to the other side, I had more knowledge and confidence in the process. That is what I hope to bring to the table as your agent. I was born and raised in Dayton, Ohio where I enjoyed a great childhood, attended Ohio State University, got my Brokers license and met my wife Carmellia. That was (and is) all good. The Ohio weather? Not so much. So we both quit our jobs and moved to the Tampa Bay area, the land of sunshine, blue skies and big opportunity. No regrets, never looked back. Carmellia and I got married In 1983 and now have four children and a dog named Skye. All of our kids are native Floridians, much of our family has joined us and we are here to stay (and happy about it). After a brief fling with the corporate world, the benefits and challenges of working for myself became clear and compelling. With a strong interest in architecture, construction and a knack for building relationships- the real estate business was a natural fit that I still enjoy doing every day. Having been Blessed with the opportunity to lead my company, I am intentional about helping enough other people get what they want.

I was born in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida and raised in Jupiter, Florida. I made my move to Tampa in 2012 and started my Real Estate career with Florida Executive Realty where I now call my home. BRANDON/VALRICO, FLORIDA
is an unincorporated community located in Hillsborough County, Florida. This area is situated about 10 – 15 miles east of Tampa, near Florida’s Gulf Coast. Easily accessible from Interstates I-4 and I-75, Brandon is the largest unincorporated community in the state of Florida. Located about 10 – 20 minutes from downtown Tampa, Brandon/Valrico combines small-town living with easy access to the city of Tampa. There is plenty to do within Brandon/Valrico itself, but even more when including the beaches and attractions nearby. Brandon is home to the Westfield Brandon Mall an over 900,000 square-foot, indoor shopping facility.
RIVERVIEW, FLORIDA
encompasses a fairly large geographic area and is growing rapidly. With the recent opening of St. Joseph’s Hospital-South, and the anticipated opening of the Southshore Commons Mall in 2015 the Riverview area is becoming the go-to place for shopping and more. Riverview is located about 20 miles from Tampa in Hillsborough County, Florida. The Riverview area has easy access to Interstates I-4 and I-75 and the Crosstown Expressway. It is located minutes from Brandon and about a 25-minute drive to Tampa. Reasonable home prices, newer homes, and new construction make the Riverview area a very desirable location for home buyers.
