We started our journey almost 7 months ago with a short list of needs. 50+ viewings and multiple needs we found a house. Todd and Barb were amazing and so patient with us. They knew whether we would like a house before we went but always set up showings for us. They are professional and knowledgeable. This was a long hard journey but so happy we had them to guide us.

I am incredibly thankful for the services that Todd Allen and Florida Executive Realty provided during the sale of my mom’s Florida home (especially during the COVID-19 pandemic) as we live in Indiana. I didn’t even know where to start, but I did have one other friend that has a summer home in FL and he highly recommended Todd and his group, now I know why. My mom had received a very low offer from a neighbor to unload the property quickly. Todd went in, coordinated the cleaning out and cleaning up of the inside and outside of the house and was able to get it on the market during the beginning of the spring rush. The property HOA rules stated that this lakefront property did not allow pets. This was a challenge, but Todd was up for the task. Within 2 weeks we had an offer that Todd was able to secure at 58% above the original low-ball offer from the neighbors. The next snag happened when our cash offer switched to FHA. This slowed the process and introduced many additional inspections and requirements (that we did NOT have to pay for). After many repairs, inspections, POA clarifications and other bumps in the road, Todd closed on the sale of the house without me stepping foot in Florida (as that was discouraged during the pandemic). Finally, he even helped with her car which needed significant repair. I don’t know how I could have done this (remotely or locally) without the exceptional services provided by Todd and Florida Executive Realty. I highly recommend their services to anyone buying or selling property in Florida. 5 STARS from me!
